Executive Director and Secretary/Treasurer
Andy and Terri Pilgrim as the Ministry's founders, serve as Executive Director and Secretary/Treasurer respectively. In addition to serving as Executive Director for Pilgrim Ministries, Andy also works full time for the City of Cornelia as the Water Pollution Control Plant Manager. In addition to her role as Secretary/Treasurer for Pilgrim Ministries, Terri is also employed full time as Office Manager for Daunch & Hirschi Construction in Cleveland, Georgia. Terri has a Master's Degree from Jacksonville State University in Education with a Specialty in Physical Education & Health. They have two daughters Lauren and Leigh Ann.

Ambassador
Shannon Tucker serves as an Ambassador for Pilgrim Ministries. Shannon was a resident in the ministry over 10 years ago. He volunteers his time with the ministry leading Bible Studies and traveling with the ministry taking residents to share testimonies at our support Churches. Shannon is self employed and owns HIS Roofing LLC. Shannon is a graduate of Jacksonville State University. Shannon's wife Joanna is a graduate of Bob Jones University and is employed as Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Piedmont College. Shannon also is an ordained Deacon and licensed to preach the gospel through Tom's Creek Baptist Church. They have two children Kaylee and Caleb.
Curriculum & Activities Director
Shane Pauley serves Pilgrim Ministries as the Curriculum & Activities Director. Shane served his Country as an Army Medic from 2004 to 2014. Shane entered the ministry 6 years ago and after completing his time came on staff. During this time his job titles and responsibilities have continued to change. His duties include leading daily devotions, Bible studies, teaching curriculum to the residents and traveling with the ministry taking residents to share testimonies at our support Churches. Shane's wife Noel is a graduate of Liberty University with a Master's Degree in Family counseling and works in Stephens County as the Family Connection's Coordinator. Shane is an ordained Minister and is currently working on his Bachelor Degree in Theology from Truett McConnell University. They have one daughter Hannah Kate.
Curriculum Instructor
Denny Folsom serves the ministry as curriculum instructor teaching the men discipleship training material three days a week. Denny graduated from Valdosta State University with a degree in Criminal Justice and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management. Denny's wife Delicia teaches school at Stephens County Middle school to 7th graders and has a degree from Valdosta State University in sociology. They have two daughters Elizabeth and Sarah. Denny is an ordained Deacon at Tom's Creek Baptist Church and fills in leading Worship Service from time to time. Denny's full time job is with UPS as a Supervisor.
Resident Evenings & Weekends Counselor
Bryan Husley has been with the ministry for almost three years as a resident and now as a resident counselor. Bryan has grown in his knowledge of the Word of God and shown a willingness to pour himself back into others at the ministry, our Church, at his job and in the community. Bryan works for the City of Cornelia and is an usher at Tom's Creek Baptist Church. Bryan's responsibilities at the ministry include teaching curriculum on Friday's, leading Bible Studies at night and watching over the men on the weekends.
Pastor To Pilgrim Ministries
Rev. Wayne Marcus is married to Tammy and has two daughters: Tasha and Noel. Tasha and her husband, Tyler Scroggs, have blessed Pastor Marcus & Tammy with 3 grandchildren: Easton, Eli, and Elissa. Noel is married to Shane Pauley who serves as Curriculum & Activities Director at Pilgrim Ministries and they have blessed Pastor Marcus & Tammy with one granddaughter Hannah Kate. God called Pastor Marcus to salvation at the age of 21 and soon after that into the Gospel ministry. At the age of 25, he began his first pastorate at Swamp Creek Baptist Church in Dalton, GA. After serving at Swamp Creek for five and a half years, the Lord led him to Tom’s Creek Baptist Church in 1998, where he continues to serve as the Senior Pastor. Pastor Wayne has a Bachelor of Pastoral Ministries and is currently working on his Master's of Pastoral Ministries from Covington Thelogical Seminary.
Pilgrim Ministries Board of Directors
Pilgrim Ministries Board of Directors serves the ministry for leadership, wisdom, accountability, direction and a common goal of seeking to help raise funding for the operation and growth of the ministry's future. We have six dedicated Christian men pouring out their wisdom and love for God through this ministry. Praise God for these faithful men and their families.
Craig Dickinson is the Chairman of the Board for Pilgrim Ministries. Craig and his wife Melva Lyn have five children: Daniel, Ashley, Yeargin, Caitlyn and Courtney. They have one grandson Avery. Craig works at Patterson Pumps in Toccoa, GA as National Sales Manager-Integrated Municipal Systems. Craig has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Piedmont College in Demorest, GA. He teaches Sunday School at Tom's Creek Baptist Church.
Don Cantrell has served the ministry as a Board Member for 6 years. He is a retired local businessman and entreprenuer. He and his wife Teresa live on Lake Hartwell in Stephens County. Teresa is a retired school teacher. They have a son Don Jr and his wife have two children. They have a daughter and her husband have two children.
Josh McWilliams is a former resident and graduate of Pilgrim Ministries and has been a Board Member for 3 years. Josh and his wife Kerrie have two children.
